My name is Angelynne Baugher. I am a Holistic Health Coach, a stay-at-home mother and teacher for my three wonderful daughters.

In 2004 I graduated from college and began practicing as an RN. My nursing positions include ER, travel nursing, nursing informatics and even some experience in dermatology. I no longer practice as an RN professionally, but I do keep an active license. It has been a great foundation to apply to my studies as I take on health and wellness from a holistic approach.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in December 2022, launching this new venture as a holistic coach and sharing my experiences has been my priority. You could say I have done a lot of “unlearning” and learning since I started this journey.

In the past, owning a boutique fitness studio is where I started to integrate a mind-body approach to movement and understand that with “fitness” there is much more than obtaining and maintaining a certain body physique. In 2017, I started learning about safer ingredients in our daily beauty and cleaning products as well as our food and environment. I quickly began to realize there is a true lack of knowledge of the general population on what is “safe and effective”. On my own journey to self-healing, I also found that there is this universal deficit and/or misunderstanding about natural remedies. God has provided so many resources in nature and mechanisms within us that people have utilized since the beginning of time to stay well and heal. I decided I wanted to know more and share it with others.

In this community my goal is to not only provide quality products, but to educate, inspire and motivate others to embark on a self-propelled journey of healing and wellness. In this space, we will dive deeper into learning more about living a low-tox life without it being stressful and making the better/best choices in any environment, in any season.
